Some Support For Another Corner of the Internet / Blogosphere
Since my diagnosis of stage 1C ovarian cancer, I have been reading the very real and raw writings of Jayne, a.k.a. Shoppingkharma. Her writings are honest, rough, and without censorship. She does not shy away from the less pleasant side of dealing with ovarian cancer and its myriad of complications. It really isn’t a blog for the faint of heart, but it is a blog that will speak to you like few others.
Jayne is a woman of rare bravery and spirit who has decided to live every second of her life to its fullest extent. She has a gorgeous border collie who fills her blog with pictures. She has a loving and devout husband who married her after her diagnosis.
Right now, she is faced with her 6th abdominal surgery to rectify complications from Stage 3C Ovarian Cancer. She is having a gastric bypass. The first surgery had to be cancelled.
If you can find it in your heart to go over to her blog, http://shoppingkharma.blogspot.com/, and lend her support, prayers, and positive thoughts, please do.
